Helene B. Rhodes, Sales Team Manager, has been a foreign language and ESL teacher both here and abroad. Her respect for cross-cultural exchanges, as well as extensive management and organizational skills, help to serve our clients with excellence. Helene ensures that customer service is the highest of priorities as she extrapolates from her background in teaching, public presentations, financial planning, and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Tomasz Cebrat, Operations Manager, is passionate about enabling people to flourish across boundaries. Born and raised in Poland, for the last eight years he has been on an international journey. Before obtaining History degrees from Northwestern University and Washington University in St. Louis, he has lived in Britain, studied at Sciences Po in Paris, and conducted extensive research in Israel. Besides Polish and English, Tomasz speaks French, Spanish, Hebrew, German, and Russian. A combination of language-learning experience, broad cultural knowledge, and passion for digital solutions equips him to assist customers at all stages of the ordering process.

Alexis Pinzon, Administrative Assistant, is a graduate of Washington University of St. Louis where she studied International and Area Studies and Spanish. She experienced how life-changing and enriching knowing a foreign language can be during her study abroad experiences in Switzerland and Chile. Alexis has become an advocate and champion of real-life language learning journeys due to her time in Spain living and working as an English Teaching Assistant through the Fulbright Program. Alexis is passionate about the importance of intercultural relations, cultural diplomacy and being a global citizen. She believes language learning is the first step to fostering these goals. Alexis speaks Spanish, French and a bit of Tagalog.

Tyler Johnson, Customer Success Specialist, completed his M.A in German Language and Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2018. Since then, he has taught German at the elementary and intermediate levels in the college setting, has assisted adjunct lecturers as a Senator, worked and studied in Germany, and has completed other administrative roles in support. He is excited to work with all language learners and professionals with Klett World Language's diverse pedagogical mission.

Camila Wede, Marketing Coordinator, recently finished her undergraduate degree in political science, from Northwestern College. She honed her design skills through various art styles including theater, which allowed her to travel across the United States and to Ethiopia. Having studied language and culture in school, she is looking forward to fostering and promoting foreign language education through Klett World Languages.

Anett Rollin, German Program Consultant, is a German native and joins us with a thorough understanding and appreciation of the foreign language learning community. In her previous role as a German Language Program Coordinator she honed her attentiveness to the needs of young and adult students but more importantly: to the needs of teachers who she considers the core of each class and program.

Dr. Kathryn Miner, French Program Consultant, holds a Ph.D. in French from Emory University, where she taught courses in French language and French and Francophone literature and culture for seven years. She subsequently joined the Atlanta branch of the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the United States, working with cultural institutions and Alliance Française chapters across the Southeast. Having lived and taught in France as well as in the United States, she knows firsthand the importance of intercultural communication and is dedicated to supporting faculty and students as they undertake their language-learning journeys together.

Aisha Khan, K-12 Spanish Program Consultant, has 11 years of experience teaching Spanish and English as a second language at various levels in both private and public schools, including teaching and designing curricula for beginning Spanish through AP Spanish Language and Culture. With an M.Ed in Spanish K-12 Teaching and Learning, a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Psychology, Aisha enjoys learning about how culture and language learning positively influence students’ development into global citizens. Having studied, lived and worked in Spain for over three years, Aisha is passionate about the Spanish language and building proficiency in others through cross-cultural learning experiences.

Rosalinda Freeman, Spanish Language Program Consultant, is a veteran Spanish language teacher and professor with twenty years' classroom experience. She has worked in many capacities as an educator in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Most recently, she was founder and director of Magnus Language Institute, a local language school providing Spanish courses, tutoring, and translations. Rosi has an undergraduate degree in European Studies and a Masters degree in Applied Spanish Linguistics. As a native Spanish-speaker and a specialist in language acquisition, she is committed to building real-life language-learning for students of all ages and levels.

Hanne Sinclair, Spanish Language Program Consultant, is a veteran educator with nearly 20 years of experience in the classroom and with administration. With an M.S. in Spanish Language Education, her practical experience includes teaching, developing curriculum, and administering educational programs for Spanish Second Language Learners and for Heritage Students at all levels of proficiency. A native Spanish speaker born in Mexico, Hanne is a passionate advocate for mulilingual and muliticultural education.

Kristi O'Connor, Northeast K-12 Spanish Program Consultant, has 7 years of teaching Spanish in the public high-school setting. Having received her B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University, and her Masters in Education from Sacred Heart University has allowed her to continue her passion for language learning and sharing it with others. She has varied experience in curriculum writing, as well as professional development presentations both within her school district, and on a larger scale. She is motivated by her desire to support teachers in saving time and working efficiently and effectively in the classroom with authentic resources.
