Catherine L. Green, National Sales Director, has 13 years high school foreign language teaching experience, including teaching and designing curricula for beginning German through AP.  With an MSEd and National Board Certification, she is dedicated to supporting teachers in delivering relevant and meaningful proficiency-based instruction. Having lived and studied in Switzerland, Germany, and Argentina, Catherine is passionate about language learning as a tool for cross-cultural understanding. 



Helene B. Rhodes, Senior Account Manager, has been a foreign language and ESL teacher both here and abroad. Her respect for cross-cultural exchanges, as well as extensive management and organizational skills, help to serve our clients with excellence. Helene ensures that customer service is the highest of priorities as she extrapolates from her background in teaching, public presentations, financial planning, and entrepreneurial endeavors.



Cristina Flores-Girnus, Marketing Manager, with over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications strategy, Cristina works to empower businesses to meet their goals in international markets. Cristina is a genuine language enthusiast and is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Italian. She completed her Master’s degree in Advertising Communications and Strategic design in Italy with a concentration in English Advertising localization for the Chinese market. Having lived and studied in Italy, Germany, and Venezuela, Cristina brings a cross-cultural understanding and the ability to integrate languages, cultures and marketing strategies to Klett USA.



 Dr. Joel R. Stark, Program Consultant & Instructional Technology Specialist, completed his PhD in Germanic Linguistics with a minor in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017. Joel has several years of experience in researching, designing, and implementing curricula at all proficiency levels of German. He enjoys working with educators and students of diverse backgrounds toward a shared goal in successful German-language pedagogy.

Anett Rollin, Customer Service Consultant, is a German native and joins us with a thorough understanding and appreciation of the foreign language learning community. In her previous role as a German Language Program Coordinator she honed her attentiveness to the needs of young and adult students but more importantly: to the needs of teachers who she considers the core of each class and program.



Brie Kawalek, Technical and Customer Support Specialist, is a Fulbright Scholar and a West Virginia native. Brie has Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Philipps Universität in Germany, where she lived, taught, and studied for five years. She is currently finishing her Master’s for Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (TESOL). Brie is also currently teaching German courses at her university where she has been using Klett’s Impuls Deutsch 1 and BlinkLearning for two years. Brie is excited to use her personal experience and expertise with these products to assist and support you!



Elizabeth Deiuliis, Administrative Assistant, has joined Klett USA with experience in hospitality, travel, foreign language and ESL instruction and comprehension. Her studies and professional experiences at la Universidad de Navarra in Spain and Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich in Germany give her a greater understanding of foreign language learning, ESL teaching, intercultural communication and so much more! Since her time abroad, she earned her bachelor’s from Washington & Jefferson College in Spanish and German Literature & Language. Her years spent as a teacher, student, and professional traveler give her a distinct perspective for cultural exchange, operational excellence, and customer service.
