Die unendliche Geschichte

Bastian Balthasar Bux finds a mysterious book in a bookshop: The Neverending Story. He reads enthusiastically about the adventures of the hero Atréju and his mission to save the land of Fantasia and its ruler, the Childlike Empress. The longer Bastian reads, the more he becomes part of the story and soon he himself is in Fantasia. There, Bastian can be everything he is not in his world. But the price is high and he soon asks himself how he can leave this land that has no borders.
